We had a very experienced instructor and she did a very great job in breaking down the whole of the phlebotomy skills, and also she was very open and kind to everybody. She said things that were very encouraging and positive. So I think on the whole, at the end of the day, I gained quite a bit from the training, and I would recommend it to other people as well.

Although I had some instruction in phlebotomy in medical school, I felt that my phlebotomy skills could still be improved. This course was run in a very structured and easy to understand manner.
